A vessel of Love and Alchemy. Born in Madeira, Portugal, in 1976.
Since childhood I questioned the world around me.
In 1999, my journey of self discovery began.
Yoga, Reiki, Astrology, Meditation — but my body longed for something deeper.
In 2007 I began my Sacred Journey with the Feminine and Body Wisdom. I connected with Conscious Sexuality, Tantra & Sexual Healing, Multidimensional therapies and several Energetic practices and Medicines. I connected with the Body as a great portal of healing and realized how many layers of memories our cells can hold, taking me to so many lives I have had, accessing so many dimensions of time and space.
For centuries, we have been suppressing our feelings and our spontaneous, wild and true nature, our Essence has been whispering in secret…

Body Work is such a Sacred Work!
As I felt my whole body being touched with love, I felt so many memories stored in my body being healed.
In that moment, I also realized that Erotic & Sexual Energy, when aligned with the Heart, with LOVE, becomes so Safe, Healing & Magical…
And once We know how to use this energy properly and let it flow within Us, releasing shame and guilt, we reconnect with our inner Aliveness and pacifie our Human Nature and Sexual Energy… The energy that gave life to all of Us!
Sacred Ancestry
Xamanic Medicines came to me in the Amazon in 2005, I felt coming Home! Later I began facilitating Xamanic Healing practices and Fire Ceremonies.
Sacred Ancestral Wisdom helped me to connect with the Wisdom and Strength of my Ancestors and helped me to release unconscious loyalties, blockages and fears that I was still holding.
If I still have fears & inner wounds ?…. Yes I do, but I learned to look at them, recognise them, accepting them and choosing to move foward!

It took me a long time to release my fears and Own who I Am. Today I can say with Pride and Love:

I am a Bridge between the Past and the Present, between the Unseen and the Seen, connected to Other dimensions. Feeling, Touching, Clearing all the invisible barriers We can hold in the Body, Heart and Soul to blossom as Human beings lighter and free!
Since 2010 I have been facilitating my sessions more regularly and on a deeper level for Women, Men and Couples.
