I really believe in LOVE
Born in Madeira, Portugal, in 1976.
Since childhood I questioned the world around me.
In 1999, my journey of self discovery began.
Yoga, Reiki, Astrology, Meditation — but my Heart & Body longed for something deeper.
In 2007 I began my Sacred Journey with the Feminine and Body Wisdom.
I connected with Conscious Sexuality, Tantra & Sexual Healing, Multidimensional therapies and several Energetic practices and Medicines. I connected with the Body as a great portal of healing and realized how many layers of memories our cells can hold, taking me to so many lives I have had, accessing so many dimensions of time and space.
For centuries, we have been suppressing our feelings and our spontaneous,
wild and true nature,
our Essence has been whispering in secret…
IT IS TIME TO CHANGE!
Today, I walk beside couples ready to reconnect, and singles ready to find real love — because whether it’s rekindling what already exists, or opening the door to something new, the path back to Love is always sacred.

Re-awakening With Love
As I felt my whole body being touched with love, I felt so many memories stored in my body being healed. In that moment, I also realized that Erotic & Sexual Energy, when aligned with the Heart, with LOVE, becomes so Safe, Healing & Magical… And once we know how to use this energy properly and let it flow within us — releasing shame and guilt — we reconnect with our inner Aliveness, and pacify our Human Nature and Sexual Energy… the energy that gave life to all of us!
This is the foundation of everything I now offer. Because reconnecting a couple, or helping someone find real love, isn’t just about communication or compatibility — it’s about coming home to the body, to the heart, and to the sacredness of intimacy itself.

It took me a long time to release my fears and own who I am. Today, I can say it with pride and love:
I am a Woman with many layers — a Vessel of Love, Life and Wisdom.
I am a Healing Channel, a Love Priestess, a Shamanic Healer, a Mother, a Doula, a Dancer, a Singer…
I am a Bridge between the Past and the Present, between the Unseen and the Seen, connected to other dimensions — feeling, touching, clearing the invisible barriers we hold in the Body, Heart and Soul, so we can blossom as human beings, lighter and free.
Since 2010, I have been facilitating my sessions more regularly and on a deeper level — for Women, Men, and Couples.
Everything I lived, healed, and embodied brought me here:
That being fully MET, fully SEEN, fully AWAKE is sacred!
